Whiteline Anti-Sway
Bars
These beefy sway bars
will reduce your car's body roll, allowing your
240SX to corner flat !! Sway bar kits include
polyurethane bushings, end links, and metal
brackets for installation.

Suspension Bushings |
Suspension Bushings
Take all of the slop out of your running gear. OEM rubber bushings are soft
and mushy when new, and horrible when old and worn out. Tighten up your car's response
and handling by replacing your worn bushings with Polyurethane units from Whiteline
and Energy Suspension.
NISMO
Engine/Transmission Mounts |

| One area that a lot
of older 240SX owners forget to replace
is their aging engine and transmission
mounts. OEM rubber mounts work fine
for stock motors, but over time, extreme
engine and exhaust heat, winter cold
and the elements really abuse the
engine and transmission mounts making
them very soft and gummy. Pretty common
to see a 240SX start up and see the
motor rock back and forth over an
inch from worn engine mounts. (grab
your engine and see how far you can
physically move it – it’s
quite shocking how bad some mounts
get). |
 |
Upgrade your worn out OEM
engine and tranny mounts with these units
from Nismo. Nismo harder rubber performance
mounts are 30-40% stiffer than brand new
OEM mounts, so in comparing to worn out
mounts, can easily be 100-150% stiffer!!
Stiffening the driveline will reduce engine
and tranny vibrations at all rpms, and
the Nismo tranny mount will allow more
precise shifting at high rpm from reduced
motor/tranismission movement. Highly recommeded
upgrade during SR20DET motor swaps, and
KADET transplants.

Front Adjustable Camber Kit |
Whiteline
300ZX Front Adjustable Camber Kit
For the front of your Z32 300ZX or Skyline,
Whiteline is pleased to announce this adjustable
camber bushing kit that will help to realign
the front end of your vehicle when lowered.
Stock 300ZX arms do not allow for camber adjustment,
and as the vehicle is lowered, the camber curve
is increased, which aids in handling, but will
wear out expensive front tires rapidly
.
Whiteline has now introduced this camber bushing
kit that replaces the stock rubber control arm
bushings in your upper front control arm This
eccentric bushing kit allows for +- 1 degree
of camber change to help set the camber back
to factory specs. Requires removal of the stock
control arm’s bushings and replacement
with hand tools and shop press.

T/C Rod Bushings |
T/C Rod Bushings
Many owners of older 240SX's can tell you
of their front suspension woes. The car handles
unpredictably when changing lanes, "klunks"
when making tight turns and may be fidgety under
braking. If an inspection of your T/C rod bushings
brings you face-to-face with the dreaded oozing
goo then it's time to read more about this upgrade.

Nissan S13 5 Bolt Conversion Parts |

Looking to make the upgrade on your
S13 or S14 4 bolt to use 5 bolt wheels
with betterwidths and offset? PDM Racing
offers the following parts to assist you
in your modifications. |

|
| H&R
Wheel Spacers |

If you've ever seen a trick Japanese 240SX
with that super sweet fat street stance and
a bulging wheel/ tire combo that just barely
tucked under the wheel wells, chances are
that car was fitted with very expensive JDM
rims that not only cost and arm and a leg,
but would never fit your street car for every
day use. Now with H&R TRAK+ wheel spacers
you can move the wheel out from the hub, effectively
widening the stance of the vehicle and lowering
its roll center. This simple modification
increases lateral stability, which in turn
provides improved handling, greater safety
and of course, the sleek style you've been
looking for. You don’t have to break
the bank to get that fat flush look –
now you can move your rims out further to
the fender using H&R Spacers.
PDM Racing is please to now carry H&R
TRAK+ wheel spacers which are made from a
proprietary aluminum/magnesium alloy which
is not only incredibly strong, but also very
light weight (up to 70% lighter than a comparable
steel product). TRAK+ wheel spacers are then
hard anodized to ensure a tough, durable finish
that is resistant to chipping, scratching
and oxidation. Hub centric for the highest
level of accuracy and minimal wheel shimmy,
TRAK+ wheel spacers are 100% made in Germany
under ISO 9001 Quality Assurance standards,
and meet the rigid safety criteria of the
German TÜV.
Whether you want improved handling, increased
safety or simply want your car to make a statement
about your individual style, TRAK+ wheel spacers
can help you accomplish your goal.
Available in 5mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm, each
kit comes with either wheel studs to replace
your stock units, or in the 25mm DRM series,
the wheel spacers bolt to your existing wheel
studs, and come with 4 wheel studs inside
the wheel spacer you bolt your rims to.
*Includes 8 longer wheel studs
**Includes 10 longer wheel studs
***Spacer bolts to hub with supplied wheel
nuts and rims bolt to hub studs included

and rear, and are of the highest quality
and durability and are covered by a
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Made from
the highest quality spring steel, Superior
manufactures their product from chrome
silicon – for it’s strength
and lightness. All springs are powder
coated to provide an extremely durable
and attractive finish. All coil springs
are manufactured to strict specifications
and stress relieved in a continuous oven.
Edges are ground smooth, shot peen, 100%
set-removed and then powder coated to
maximize performance and fatigue life.
We have been selling and installing these
springs on customers cars in house for
over 3 years, and have had excellent feedback
from all our local customers. Superior
Sport Chassis springs are designed to

and are covered by their no sag guarantee.
Plus having these manufactured in Canada and being local, we are able to supply these super high quality springs for MUCH less money. So our customers get high quality for much less money.
|
(PDM does NOT recommend lowering a 240SX more
than this with OEM style struts and shocks due
to bottoming out. The front shock design is
not meant to run slammed 2" or more springs,
and will damage the shocks and create a potentially
dangerous condition. Also rear camber will become
a problem on severely lowered cars)
|
** Note 1 - You must get a proper 4 wheel alignment
after doing any suspension ride height changes.
** Note 2 - Negative Camber will increase when
you lower the 240SX. We cannot determine if you
will absolutely need camber correction front and
rear as each individual customer prefers different
alignment settings based on their driving preferences
(ie: more negative camber front and rear will
greatly increase the 240SX's handling characteristics,
but will wear inner tires more. Less camber will
increase tire lifespan, and good for drag racing,
but will diminish cornering capacity of a vehicle.)
We do recommend purchasing camber correction products
listed below if you wish to re-align your 240SX
back to factory specs. |
| KONI
Shocks |
 |
Think of the term 'performance
shock absorbers', and the first name
that comes to most people’s mind
is KONI. KONI is the premier manufacturer
of adjustable shocks in the world. Their
shocks are made from the highest quality
raw materials and machined to the highest
tolerances.
KONI has vast experience and worldwide
reputation in optimizing their products
for any specific application to perfection,
whether it concerns motorcycles, sedans,
sports cars, mini vans, buses, trucks,
trailers, off-road vehicles or locomotives,
railway cars, trams or subways. They
commit themselves to offering the finest
quality product with the best performance.
A no-compromise philosophy that results
in unrivaled lifetime, superb product
performance and maximum customer satisfaction.
KONl's are built to last a lifetime.
Once you have bought a set of KONl's
for your car, they usually will outlive
it. That’s why their street shocks
carry a limited lifetime warranty to
the original purchaser for as long as
you own the vehicle. |
KONI Sports are adjustable,
which means that you can change the behavior
of your 240SX to meet your preferences (ride
comfort, handling balance, weather conditions,
etc.). It also means that wear can be compensated.
(However, you will probably never need it.)
KONIs improve the ride and handling of your
240SX vastly, and PDM Racing has used Konis
on 240’s for years.
* note front struts are struts, which are
inserted into the front strut housings.
• PDM Racing can do custom front insert
machining along with Ground Control coil over
perches with refundable core fees. Contact
PDM about this service.

HTS Shocks |
|
 |
New and hot into North
America, HTS shocks were developed for
JDM Vehicles and Tokico has finally
introduced their competition quality
shock absorbers into Canada and the
US. HTS is by far, the most versatile
shock absorber for the Nissan 240SX
as it allows over 45 ways of infinite
adjustment from street, strip drift
to race.
With a super wide-range of adjustment,
the capability of the HTS adjustable
shocks allow these to be a multi-use
product. Very sophisticated piston and
valving design, combined with a unique
variable-aperture bypass controlled
by an adjustable slide, the HTS adjustments
change both rebound and compression
dampening simultaneously. Between the
hard and soft settings, the HTS is infinitely
adjustable.
This means, you can soften up the shocks
for street and daily driving, or winter
and slipper conditions to allow the
car to absorb and bite the wet conditions,
yet firm up your ride for auto-x and
track play. Turn up the knobs to full,
and the car’s stance is firmly
planted for all out drift and track
play. Being infinitely adjustable allows
the driver to fully tune their shocks
to how THEY want their car to drive.
|
HTS shocks are sold in complete sets only.
Each kit includes 1 dampening adjustment tool,
2 front struts, 2 rear struts, 4 stem nuts
(2 front, 2 rear), 4 adjustable caps. These
are imported by Tokico USA for competition
use, and do not carry regular warranty.

240SX Dust Boot/Bump Stops |
|
Nissan 240SX Dust Boot/Bump Stops
| We do a
lot of shock and spring installations
here at PDM in our shop. In addition
to top bearing mounts seizing up,
the next most common part we see fail
is the OEM Nissan dust boot/bump stops.
Thousands of miles in rain, sun, snow,
dirt and road contaminents will dry
up these rubber boots and cause them
to literally fall apart into dried
up little 0-rings. When changing up
your shocks or springs make sure your
bump stops are replaced with these
OEM Nissan parts. We have tested and
tried jobber units but are not satisfied
with their quality and performance.
The bump stops in these dirt shields
are integral to your car’s performance
and are engineered for your car’s
weight and jounce characteristics.
In addition they must be free of holes
and tears to properly protect the
sensitive shock shaft which must not
be nicked or damaged from grit and
rocks to properly function. |
|
Scratch the stainless shaft and you tear
your sealing o-ring on the top of the
shock and catastrophic failure will follow.
Keep your car all Nissan with these OEM
quality parts.

S13 Front Top Bearing Mount Insulator |
S13 Front Top Bearing
Mount Insulator
Does
your front end pop, clunk and make grinding
noises when you turn the wheels. When you are
backing up out of your driveway, do you hear
a violent metallic “POP” noise?
Replaced your TC Rod bushings and still hear
a clunk up front? Chances are, your top spring
perch bearings are gone, and you are hearing
the clunk of the bearing or the spring actually
releasing as it winds itself up due to the bearing
not allowing the spring and suspension to rotate
through the 240SX’s proper swing. Dirt,
grit, water all attack this actual bearing inside
the mount and we see this situation time and
time again on cars that come through our shop.
Solution, change the entire unit today with
an OEM top spring bearing mount insulator. This
unit is a bearing mounted inside of metal cup
that is surrounded by rubber to help isolate
road noise, vibration and allow deflection of
the spring assembly as your car’s suspension
is turned and twisted. Over time, the bearing
is attacked by water, grime and dirt, and the
rubber breaks down from heat, salt and freezing.
If the bearing seizes, it will not allow the
shock assembly to rotate smoothly, and binds
the spring

Eccentric Bolts for Camber Adjustment |
| Eccentric Bolts for Camber
Adjustment These eccentric
bolts replace your stock strut to spindle bolts
and allow for front camber adjustment on the
240SX. The simplest and cheapest method to adjust
front camber without purchasing more expensive
top camber plates. One kit required per vehicle.
Rear
Camber Correction Bushings
NEW and a FIRST for rear camber
correction. Whiteline has introduced these offset
rear polyurethane bushings that will help to
correct excess negative camber often associated
with 240SX's and 300ZX's lowered more than 1.5
inches. KCA347 includes enough bushings for
the rear of your 240SX and 300ZX to correct
up to .75 degrees of camber. Purchase 2 kits
for up to 1.5 degrees of camber correction.
We are currently waiting
on stock of the KCA347 from back-order from
Whiteline. Sorry for any inconvenience.
** Note KCA347's are a direct replacement of
SPF1638K's. You can substitute 1 or both sets
of SPF1638K's for KCA347's to help correct excess
negative camber on lowered cars.

Nissan Eccentric Washers |
Nissan Eccentric Plate Spacer
 |
Is the alignment shop you
are using having a difficult time aligning
your rear camber on one side ? Is your
toe adjustment not in spec but you’ve
never hit anything on your car?
We’ve noticed on more and more
customer’s cars being aligned on
our Hunter Alignment rack that often we’re
unable to get max adjustment on one side
or another on many of the 240SX’s
we see in our shop. |
One of THE main causes of this problem is worn
out eccentric washers on the factory adjusting
bolts on the back end of the S13 or S14. Alignment
shops that do not properly loosen the nut and
or clean off dirt, debris and rust on the adjustment
washer will physically strip the indent on these
washers, which allows them to spin on the corresponding
groove on the adjusting cam bolt – not
allowing full arm movement both ways. Result……
inconsistent toe and camber settings side to
side on many 240SX’s.
Most alignment shops don’t have a clue
as to the cause of this situation, and NONE
would ever stock these eccentric washers. (Most
Nissan dealerships wouldn’t stock them
either !)
If you are having problems with rear alignment,
talk to your shop and have them inspect for
this situation.
*Note – There are 4 in total in the rear
of the 240SX. 2 on the camber adjusters, 2 on
the toe adjusters.

Suspension Techniques Coils Silencer |
Silence Noisy Coils
Use Whiteline's new spiral coil wrap to silence
noisy progressive coil springs. Most new cars
use coil spring insulators to reduce NVH resulting
from coil bind or contact between "dead" or
closed coils. Many aftermarket springs require
a progressive design using "dead" coils to meet
captive height design requirements. These can
become noisy under certain loads making an add-on
insulator very useful.
The spiral design lets you insulate the springs
WHILE the coils are in the vehicle saving time
and money. Each pack contains 1.5 metres of
heavy duty plastic spiral wrap which is enough
to do 2 springs.

Whiteline Strut Tower Braces |
| WHITELINE Strut Tower Bars
Whiteline is now manufacturing their own Strut
Tower bars in Australia, and PDM is pleased
to offer these for your Nissan 240SX. Strut
Tower Bars take an already superb handling chassis
in your 240SX, and enhance the overall effectiveness,
allowing increased turn in, enhanced feedback,
and a much more *solid* feel to the car. High
quality, polished aluminum alloy strut braces
maintain alignment angles, and spring rates
by greatly reducing body flex.

MOOG Tie Rod Ends |
| MOOG Tie
Rod Ends
When
changing your TC Rods, or lower control arms,
you should inspect your steering tie rod ends
for wear and play. Worn tie rod ends will cause
excess wheel shimmy, and are a hazard to drive
on. PDM recommends MOOG tie rods for your car.
Moog tie rods are heavy duty OEM replacements
complete with rubber tie rod boots.
Hit
a curb ? Drifted off the road ? Steering not
centered now and the car
tracks and clunks ? Maybe you've damaged your
front inner steering tie rods.
Lately, at PDM, we have been noticing more
and more S13's that have
a "phantom clunk" in the front steering
and more often the inner tie rod
ends are worn or damaged from offroad excursions
or accidents. (a lot of
estimators and mechanics fail to diagnose faulty
inner tie rods after
accidents)
Next time your car is up in the air, check
your inner tie rods to see if
there is play or shimmy in them.
