StopTech Big Brake Kit
Finally PDM is offering a superior replacement to our 300ZX Big Brake Package
that we had to discontinue a year ago due to Nissan Japan no longer manufacturing
their aluminum 300ZX calipers. While we still sell components for customers
wishing to use 300ZX front calipers, this Stoptech kit FAR exceeds the braking
capacity of a 300ZX setup.

StopTech 240SX Big Brake Kits are engineered and tested by
Stoptech to give you the shortest stopping distance with huge beefy 332mm x
32mm (13" x 1.25" thick) front Aerorotors which offer the best airflow and
cooling, which give superior braking, with longer pad life and rotor life.
Also unlike most other "big brake kits" on the market for the 240SX, Stoptech
Aerorotors utilize a full floater style hardware kit

which reduces rotor assembly to expand and contract in a radial direction with
less distortion vs solid bolted rotor hats. (important in track situations with
extreme heat induced into your rotors).

Combined with the patented ST40 front 4 piston caliper that has 8 times the torsional rigidity
of Brembo front Porsche calipers - these are matched with piston bore size tested to work best
with the 240SX with stock rear brake systems. - therefore no brake bias controls required.
(note if you run 300ZX rear brakes - simply upgrade to the 300ZX front brake system which is
engineered to work with the 300ZX OEM rear brake system)

Available in both 4 lug and 5 lug, slotted or cross drilled, plated or non, and with red or
black caliper paint - nothing fills out your front wheels more than this huge big brake kit.
Each kit comes complete with 2 Aerorotors, 2 ST40 calipers, front street brake pads, mounting
brackets, front brakelines and full complete instruction for an easy install. (installation
time around 2.5-3 hours depending on skill level)
We have been using Stoptech Big Brake kits at PDM on our own racecars now for many years,
and are extremely satisified with their stopping ability, and are pleased to now offer these
kits for our clients.
