Stainless steel turbo exhaust manifold to fit the SR20DET. This is a copy to name brand bottom mount style tubular manifold and is excellent value for the money. Built from 2.8mm thick wall schedule 40 stainless pipe, this manifold will help to scavenge turbo exhaust gasses and help produce faster boost and more hp. Fits all T15, GT25, GT28 series turbos with internal wastegates for the SR20DET.

Note: Contrary to the popular belief that these and other Ebay manifolds crack easily, it's true that ALL stainless manifolds will expand and move more than factory cast manifolds or mild steel S40 manifolds, so exhaust mounting and engine and drivetrain vibration all attribute to stainless manifolds cracking prematurely. We have testimony from many customers that have had this manifold for years with no issues on cracking. Ensure that your engine and transmission mounts have been replaced, along with PROPERLY hanging your exhaust system and turbocharger. Excessively loose exhausts will pry on the manifold and cause it to crack. Replace or reinforce all exhaust hangers especially the main one that comes off the transmission. We at PDM see more of these hangers broken off or exhausts hanging loosely which cause more exhaust leaks and cracked headers and manifolds.

DC Sports 240SX Header

DC Sports 4-2-1 header systems are dyno tested to outperform all comparable header systems on the market. Extensive research and development goes into each system to ensure the best performance for your vehicle.

DC Sports header systems are precision bent on CNC mandrel benders using data acquired from their non-contact digitizing scanner. All flanges are CNC machined, then machine-grind the flange-mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal, and a robotic welder is used to attach the flange to the header pipes. This state-of-the-art manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every header system DC Sports make.

DC Sports headers from PDM are available in mild steel with a proprietary temperature- and corrosion-resistant ceramic coating. After manufacturing, they are subjected to a thermal degrease and a preliminary sandblast to prepare the header's surface for coating adhesion. Every ceramic-coated system is hand-painted to ensure an even application of coating. After verifying the proper thickness of the coating, the header is cured for proper bonding of the ceramic coating and then fine-blasted for a high-luster finish.

DC Sports 240SX headers are designed to produce maximum power and torque from your DOHC KA motor. 4 into 2 into 1 design maximizes the KA’s pulse signals and allows for a design that provides maximum ground clearance and emphasizes low- to mid-range power for street/drag/drift and auto-x.

Greddy has been an industry leader in turbo car accessories, and PDM has a soft spot for their products. The type RS Blow Off Valve (BOV) was created to be an extremely reliable blow off valve with a very compact design. Improved response and increased pressure are achieved through carefully selected spring rates and a large 40mm valve. With it’s unique CNC machined 8 discharge ports in the horn, this BOV draws air from the surrounding atmosphere to really increase the blow-off sound. The Type-RS is compatible with the standard GReddy Blow-off Valve flanges.

TiAL 38mm Stainless Wastegate and Flange

Tial 38mm Stainless Wastegate

The 38mm TiAl is a super high quality external wastegate at a great price. The 38mm is perfect for smaller turbos, or for higher boost applications. Its compact design allows it to fit in tight spaces where most other gates won't fit. The 38mm TiAl uses a similar flange to the DeltaGate, which means it will bolt right up to a standard Garrett T3 exhaust manifold.
  • 347 Stainless Steel Alloy is used for valve and valve housing.
  • High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm.

Tial 38mm Wastgate Flange

Vibrant 1.5” wastegate flexible exhaust tube

If you plan to plumb your wastegate exhaust back into the main downpipe, you must use a flexible piece inline with the wastegate tube to prevent the tube from cracking. Since exhaust gases are only going through the wastegate occasionally, the temperature difference between the main downpipe and the wastegate pipe is extreme, and these two pipes will have different expansion rates. To allow flex in the “cooler” wastegate tube, you must use a flexible joint to allow for variances in the expansion.

Manufactured in-house, these huge catalytic replacement pipes are made from polished 304 stainless tubing with full 304 stainless flanges. Complete with gaskets, and special metal locknuts (no need for lock washers or loctite), these Bypass Pipes are designed to maximize exhaust flow. Perfect for turbo KA or SR20DET applications. Note, these are not Ebay pipes manufactured in Asia and welded by 6 year olds, so please don’t compare these to Ebay pipes. These are hand built, tig welded in house by PDM Racing.

Over time, your stock catalytic converter will begin to plug up from residual oil, and from cleaning up the carbon monoxide from your hard working engine’s exhaust. Renew your car’s performance with true high flow catalytic converter that keeps the environment clean, and adds performance back to your 240SX.

Mirror finish stainless steel, high-flow catalytic converter with proper Nissan 240SX flanges welded in place. These are not universal fit type catalytic converters which rotate and slide around, but specific high-flow cats that PDM cuts to length, and welds 3/8” thick, 2.5” i.d. beefy steel flanges.

300zx MAS

Nissan's MAS system is a highly efficient extremely accurate method of monitoring intake air flow and works flawlessly through all temperatures and vehicle loads. However, the stock KA or SR MAS is calibrated for only so much air flow. Boosted KAs and modified SR owners that run much larger turbos and boost numbers 2 -3 times higher than factory numbers will soon run out of MAS airflow capacity. One of the most common, and effective upgrades is changing to the 300zx Z32 MAS. This unit is designed for airflows for the turbo-charged 300zx with horsepower airflows in excess of 500+ hp and is a perfect upgrade for SR and KA-T owners.

Note: ECU will require reprogramming to compensate for larger MAS (contact PDM for ECU upgrades).

This is an excellent cat-back exhaust system for those wanting to replace their factory S13 exhaust system and not break the bank. Straight-through design, this Megan exhaust system has 2.5” stainless piping which works perfect for naturally aspirated KA’s with simple bolt on mods such as headers, intake and high flow PDM catalytic converters. Not too large that will diminish back pressure, but still large enough for those running mild turbo charged KA and SR motors. Mirror polished stainless steel muffler, with removable silencer, this straight through performance exhaust system is designed and built with the least amount of bends in it, for true straight through flow. Circuit Sports 02 Eliminator Downpipe

Circuit Sports O2 elimination downpipe is truely a work of art. The downpipe consists of cast stainless turbo elbow (with divider flow plate) constructed one piece with the downpipe to the cat. In addition the bottom of the downpipe is made to allow good ground clearance with its "flat out bellow" design (one does not have to worry about crushing their downpipes anymore that's often associated with traditional 3" downpipes) since the downpipe sits paralleled with the car's under frame.

To make the install easier, CS now includes new stainless studs and nuts that can faciliate the install of the downpipe.

* Works for all major T25 bottom mounted turbos (T25, T28, S15 turbo, GT2871R, GT25R (25/40)). For turbo with built in divider plate at the turbine section, grinding down the downpipe divider plate is necessary to fit.
