Intake and Downpipes

Finally, PDM Racing is offering Injen full aluminum
intake systems for the Nissan 240SX. Available
as the traditional under-hood intake system (IS
Intake Systems) or available with the full cold
air extension, nothing beats the bang for the
buck power and increased performance from a cold
air intake. The Nissan 240SX is very sensitive
to intake air temperature, so adding an intake
will dramatically increase the hp and torque of
your car. Manufactured from polished 6061 T6 aluminum,
these mandrel bent intake systems were tested
and engineered for maximum results. In addition
these systems are CARB exempt, and backed by a
lifetime limited warranty from Injen. IS kits
include intake pipe, filter, adapter and all necessary
tubing and hose to fit up to the OEM system.

Silicone connectors
3" silicone rubber connectors,
and 3" to 2.5" reducers to adapt to
your MAS. Building your own cold air intake for
your naturally aspirated car ? PDM offers silicone
rubber adapters to allow you to build your own
systems. These are inexpensive couplers and reducers
to allow you to install air filters and intake
extensions for your intake system. (note, these
are not designed to withstand heat or boost, so
they are not for turbo hot pipes or intercooler
pipes)
300zx MAS
Nissan's MAS system is a highly efficient extremely
accurate method of monitoring intake air flow and
works flawlessly through all temperatures and vehicle
loads. However, the stock KA or SR MAS is calibrated
for only so much air flow. Boosted KAs and modified
SR owners that run much larger turbos and boost
numbers 2 -3 times higher than factory numbers will
soon run out of MAS airflow capacity. One of the
most common, and effective upgrades is changing
to the 300zx Z32 MAS. This unit is designed for
airflows for the turbo-charged 300zx with horsepower
airflows in excess of 500+ hp and is a perfect upgrade
for SR and KA-T owners.
Note: ECU will require reprogramming to compensate
for larger MAS (contact PDM for ECU upgrades).
Z32 300zx MAS Pigtail Plug
Z32 MAS plug similar to the Tomei units with matching
wiring colors for SR MAS engine harness for color
matching install. The extra 'solid brown' color
wire is for chassis ground.

Circuit Sports 02 Eliminator Downpipe
Circuit Sports O2 elimination downpipe is truely a work of art. The downpipe
consists of cast stainless turbo elbow (with divider flow plate) constructed one
piece with the downpipe to the cat. In addition the bottom of the downpipe is made
to allow good ground clearance with its "flat out bellow" design (one does not have
to worry about crushing their downpipes anymore that's often associated with
traditional 3" downpipes) since the downpipe sits paralleled with the car's under
frame.
To make the install easier, CS now includes new stainless studs and nuts
that can faciliate the install of the downpipe.
* Works for all major T25 bottom mounted turbos (T25, T28, S15 turbo, GT2871R,
GT25R (25/40)). For turbo with built in divider plate at the turbine section,
grinding down the downpipe divider plate is necessary to fit.
** Please Note these Downpipes use the "FAT" SR20 O2 Sensor.

Blitz S13 SR20DET Downpipe
Made in Japan specifically for the S13 SR20DET,
this full 304 stainless, mandrel bent exhaust
piece is a direct replacement for the restrictive
stock piece, and increases both hp and torque
(5-10 hp minimum on stock engine). A must if you
wish to run higher boost.
