Super high
quality T-bolt clamps are designed specifically
for use with silicone coolant and turbocharger
hoses that see extreme boost duty. Turbocharged
applications require silicone hose for it's
heat resistance and ability to take extreme
pressure, however silicone tends to soften
and extrude easily when hot. Conventional
hose clamps will seal adequately when cold,
or work great for cold air intakes, or the
intake side of a turbo system, however they
may allow leakage or hose blow off when hot.
G39 clamps feature a spring that maintains
a constant tension regardless of temperature.
These clamps feature a stainless
band and plated steel fastener and spring. A definite
must for those running boosted vehicles.
Universal Aluminum
Vacuum Line Fittings:
Are you building your own custom intake system and
discovered you have to fabricate and weld a vacuum
line fitting into the intake tube? Pretty hard to
do with steel, especially stainless (tough to machine
and weld), and thin-walled aluminum is very hard
to tig without melting.
PDM can help you solve this problem with our new
Universal Aluminum Vacuum Line Fittings. Simply
check the size of the vacuum line or vent line for
your specific application, drill the proper sized
hole in the tube, and insert the rubber grommet
and aluminum fitting and your problem is solved.

304 stainless intercooler and exhaust tubing
Want the best material to make your exhaust system
or intercooler piping out of. PDM has lots of stock
of pre made mandrel bent 90 degree and straight
stainless tubing. Used exclusively in our own intercooler,
intake and exhaust systems, 304 stainless will not
rust, takes excessive heat and will last for years
if properly welded. (tig welding recommended by
a welding professional for best weld seams. Contact
us if you are unsure of properly welding this material)

weld your custom intercooler piping, along with
building your custom mandrel bent cut and weld exhaust
systems. Race proven, this is the premier method
to ensure proper high flow without crush bends and
crimps. Plus the polished stainless appearance will
last for years without rusting inside or outside

Silicone connectors
High temperature, high pressure silicone connectors
necessary to connect intercoolers, piping and intakes
together to allow for expansion and flex from engine
torque flex and vibrations. 4 ply silicone hose,
made in the US, this is not the lower end silicone
hose we sell for intake systems, but high temperature,
high pressure connectors designed for intercooler
systems under high boost (up to 4 bar) and to withstand
high temperatures associated with intercooler and
turbo piping. Available in blue, black and red(blue
is our primary stocked color). Use together with
