Note: Contrary to the popular belief that these
and other Ebay manifolds crack easily, it's true
that ALL stainless manifolds will expand and move
more than factory cast manifolds or mild steel S40
manifolds, so exhaust mounting and engine and drivetrain
vibration all attribute to stainless manifolds cracking
prematurely. We have testimony from many customers
that have had this manifold for years with no issues
on cracking. Ensure that your engine and transmission
mounts have been replaced, along with PROPERLY hanging
your exhaust system and turbocharger. Excessively
loose exhausts will pry on the manifold and cause
it to crack. Replace or reinforce all exhaust hangers
especially the main one that comes off the transmission.
We at PDM see more of these hangers broken off or
exhausts hanging loosely which cause more exhaust
leaks and cracked headers and manifolds.
Circuit Sports Stainless 70mm Turbo
Elbow for SR20DET
70mm turbine outlet elbow for stock S13/S14/S15
SR20DET turbo, or stock replacement turbos. Reduces
turbo lag with noticeable torque improvements
throughout the entire powerband, with boost kicking
in at lower rpms.
Made from fully tig welded and polished 304 stainless
steel, the Circuit Sports kit contains all the
necessary bolts and gaskets for a direct fit.

you think twice about using these gaskets and

Turbo Hardware, Locknuts, Washers and Studs
One of our more common mechanical jobs we do here in our shop is to seal
up turbo leaks and broken turbo manifold and turbo hardware. We've always
stocked these parts, but now are offering these to our worldwide cliental
when installing new and fixing leaks in your SR or KA turbo systems.
(note we also highly recommend new metal gaskets at the same time on
manifolds, turbo elbows and turbos)
Nissan 8mm stud
8mm exhaust manifold stud on the KAE that is super prone to breaking
due to age, heat and fatigue. Also used in the SR20DET turbo main inlet
and two on the turbo elbow outlet.
(4 required for turbo inlet on SR and 3 for the turbo elbow outlet)
Nissan 10mm stud
10mm exhaust manifold stud on the KADE and SR20DET. Repeated removals of
the exhaust manifold over time will strip and gall the stock manfold stud
with the metal stover nuts. Also extreme heat can fatigue these studs.
Replace with OEM high quality manifold studs.

Nissan 10mm exhaust manifold thick washers
Removed your turbo manifold and misplaced one of the thick manifold
washers? Nissan engineered these thick coned washers to dissipate heat
and to properly spread the torquing force down on the manifold. Replace
your missing washers with OEM quality.
(8 required for KA and SR manifolds)
8mm and 10mm Metal Locking stover nuts
Exhaust systems create heat - LOTS of heat. Loctite and nylock nuts are
useless when it comes to turbo heat and should never be used on manifolds,
turbos or downpipes. Manufacturers use metal stover nuts which are essentially
metal lock nuts which slightly "pinch" on two sides to create "drag" on the
threads to help keep fasteners from backing off loose. Over time, these "
pinched" areas will wear down, and the metal locking nuts fail to do their
job properly. Replace your old metal locking nuts with fresh new units
to help keep your manifolds and turbos from leaking.

PDM Locking washers
The key to keeping your turbo manifolds, turbos and downpipes secured is
keeping the bolts and nuts from backing off. In addition to new studs, and new
stover nuts PDM has tried many different types of lockwashers and have found these
double locking washers to work the best. These flat washers have special bevels
formed in them which will dig into each other when 2 washers are place on top of
each other. This in turn digs into the metal surface and the locking stover nut
to help prevent hardware from backing off. We have found these locking washers
to be one of the best methods to keep turbo hardware on. While it may not fully
prevent exhaust nuts from loosening, we have found these lock washers to be one
of the best yet. Use 2 PER stud or bolt to help lock down your hardware.

Sports 4-2-1 header systems are dyno tested to outperform
all comparable header systems on the market. Extensive
research and development goes into each system to
ensure the best performance for your vehicle.
DC Sports header systems are precision
bent on CNC mandrel benders using data acquired
from their non-contact digitizing scanner. All flanges
are CNC machined, then machine-grind the flange-mating
surface to ensure a leak-free seal, and a robotic
welder is used to attach the flange to the header
pipes. This state-of-the-art manufacturing process
ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with
every header system DC Sports make.
DC Sports headers from PDM are
available in mild steel with a proprietary temperature-
and corrosion-resistant ceramic coating. After manufacturing,
they are subjected to a thermal degrease and a preliminary
sandblast to prepare the header's surface for coating
adhesion. Every ceramic-coated system is hand-painted
to ensure an even application of coating. After
verifying the proper thickness of the coating, the
header is cured for proper bonding of the ceramic
coating and then fine-blasted for a high-luster
finish.
DC Sports 240SX headers are designed
to produce maximum power and torque from your DOHC
KA motor. 4 into 2 into 1 design maximizes the KA’s
pulse signals and allows for a design that provides
maximum ground clearance and emphasizes low- to
mid-range power for street/drag/drift and auto-x.
The 38mm TiAl
is a super high quality external wastegate at a
great price. The 38mm is perfect for smaller turbos,
or for higher boost applications. Its compact design
allows it to fit in tight spaces where most other
gates won't fit. The 38mm TiAl uses a similar flange
to the DeltaGate, which means it will bolt right
up to a standard Garrett T3 exhaust manifold.
347 Stainless Steel Alloy is used for valve

Comes standard
with a 1 bar spring. Other spring pressures
available if needed, call for details. This
is the wastegate we are using on the PDM Racing
turbo KADET with huge success. Note if you
are plumbing your wastegate back into your
downpipe, we recommend the stainless flanges
and flex pipes sold below to custom build
your wastegate pipe. Also we recommend drilling
and wiring the bolts for your wastegate to
prevent them from coming loose under repeated
heat cycles.
Vibrant 1.5” wastegate flexible exhaust tube
If
you plan to plumb your wastegate exhaust back
into the main downpipe, you must use a flexible
piece inline with the wastegate tube to prevent
the tube from cracking. Since exhaust gases
are only going through the wastegate occasionally,
the temperature difference between the main
downpipe and the wastegate pipe is extreme,
and these two pipes will have different expansion
rates. To allow flex in the “cooler”
wastegate tube, you must use a flexible joint
to allow for variances in the expansion.
Stainless 1.5” flex piping manufactured by
Vibrant is your solution. Inner stainless coil wound
tubing with outer stainless steel flex hose, this
exhaust tube can be tig or mig welded inline with
your wastegate to allow for flex and movement between
the main turbo downpipe and the wastegate. An absolute
must.
