Finally, PDM Racing is offering Injen full aluminum
intake systems for the Nissan 240SX. Available
as the traditional under-hood intake system (IS
Intake Systems) or available with the full cold
air extension, nothing beats the bang for the
buck power and increased performance from a cold
air intake. The Nissan 240SX is very sensitive
to intake air temperature, so adding an intake
will dramatically increase the hp and torque of
your car. Manufactured from polished 6061 T6 aluminum,
these mandrel bent intake systems were tested
and engineered for maximum results. In addition
these systems are CARB exempt, and backed by a
lifetime limited warranty from Injen. IS kits
include intake pipe, filter, adapter and all necessary
tubing and hose to fit up to the OEM system.

Koyo Polished Aluminum High Performance Radiators

Koyo high performance radiators
are a definite must if you have turbocharged
your KA or you are running an SR20DET. Stock
Nissan Radiators are good, but plug up over
time, and were only engineered to cool a
stock powered engine. High compression and
turbo motors create more power, but also
create more heat (heat is a function of
power), so you need to shed that extra water
temperature so that you do not overcook
your motor and damage it. Koyo rads are
fully polished to a mirror-like finish,
and increase the cooling capacity from 20-30%
more than a brand new OEM radiator. |

old, chances are corrosion, soot and buildup
have diminished the OEM cooling of that radiator

Nismo Thermostat
Nismo Low Temp Thermostat, works on SR20DET, KA24DE and most Nissans up to 1999 production year.
Regular thermostat opens at 76 degree C, Nismo thermostat opens at 65 degree C for better cooling.
Results in at least 5 degrees C lower at Full throttle acceleration. A must for modified engines.

Flex-A-Lite Low Profile 2500 cfm Double Fan
Looking to replace your power
robbing factory clutch fan assembly? Needing to
maximize your cooling efficiency of your radiator?
Upgrade to the Flex-A-Lite 2500 cfm (cubic feet
per minute) low profile double fan assembly. This
is the closest bolt on application for the Nissan
240SX or SR20DET available in an aftermarket high
performance cooling fan assembly. This fan assembly
is very low in profile, (2-5/8” in height
– the thinnest in the industry) with 2-
12” fans that will suck over 2500 cfm –
easily eclipsing the stock fan assembly. Fan assembly
comes complete with its own shroud, so you replace
the stock assembly on your vehicle. (or if your
SR20DET clip came with a damaged from fan shroud,
you no longer need to purchase an expensive OEM
shroud). Comes complete with an adjustable thermostat
assembly. This fan has been used and raced with
by PDM for years.
(note – to fit stock radiator assembly,
some trimming of supplied rubber seal will be

HKS TYPE S Front Mount Intercooler
Kit
This bad boy Type-S intercooler is constructed
of tube and fin core, and comes with all aluminum
and coated mild steel pipings except the hot
pipe. Core size of 24 inches by 12 inches
x 3 inches, this is a very good sized intercooler
capable of handling up to 500 hp.
Complete with HKS purple silicone connectors,
brackets, hardware to install in your vehicle.
A definate must if you intend to boost
higher than stock psi on your SR20DET,
or if you have turbo'd your KA.
This kit is designed for the JDM vehicle,
so some slight alterations may be required
to fit some of the piping.
