Pricing
and payment
All prices on PDMs website are quoted in Canadian
Funds. We are a Canadian company, and will invoice in
Canadian dollars. To convert web prices to US Dollars,
use 1.30 as the current exchange rate. To convert to
US Dollars on your invoice divide by 1.30. For example,
if you see $130.00 on your invoice, divide by 1.30
to convert to $100.00 US Dollars.
Conversion rate will fluctuate daily based
on the Canadian to US dollar exchange rate.We cannot
verify what exchange rate your bank will use on any
given day. Contact your credit card or bank to inquire
as to their daily conversion rate. Our
current exchange rate is 1.30, but this
may not be what your bank uses.
** Note PDM Racing has the right to change
prices and currency exchange rates with no prior notice.
Manufacturer price increases, worldwide currency exchange
rate fluctuations, and market supply may affect price
status.
** Note Minimum $20.00 US product order
charge. Orders under $20.00 US will be charged
a service fee **
US residents are not charged taxes on
shipped orders.
BC residents are subject to GST and PST.
Other Canadian residents are subject to
GST and or HST on product and shipping.
We no longer accept US dollars.
Methods of Payment: Visa or Mastercard. Direct Bank
Transfers and US International Money Orders are also
accepted, please email for more details. Local customers
can also use cash or debit.
US International Money Orders are subject to 10% bank
processing fees. Final Money Order amount must
be quoted by PDM via email to include product, shipping
and handling and processing fee.
Additional 6% duty will be added to all
JDM products on Canadian orders
COD not accepted.
Personal and company checks are not accepted.
Do not send Cash in the mail.

NOTE:
Payment on merchandise via credit card will only
be accepted if they are delivered to the billing
address on the card. NO 3rd party billing.
If you wish to have your order shipped to a different/shipping
address, that address MUST be registered on your
credit card. To do this, just call your credit
card company and ask to add a secondary shipping
address to your credit card.
Orders over $1000.00 Canadian will
be processed by direct bank deposit. Contact PDM
for quotes and directions for this procedure.

UPS Tracking numbers are emailed once order
is processed. Tracking numbers are automatically generated
by UPS, not PDM Racing, that is why it is extremely
important to put down a clear, concise email address.
Discounts
PDM Racing will ONLY offer discounts to authorized distributors.
SPECIALS already on sale are NOT subject to discounts.
PDM Racing does NOT do volume discounting. We do not
discount for volume or group buys. We do NOT discount
if you’re a 240SX.org or I-Club member. We do
not believe in falsely raising our retail prices to
offer discounts. All our prices are our best we can
offer – from a $5 part to a $1000 part. This has
been our business philosophy from day one, and we strive
to continue to offer our best prices on any item we
carry.
Terms and Conditions of Sales
Online Shopping Cart, Fax, or Phone orders
only accepted.
By faxing an order you are agreeing to a legally binding
contract, and it can only be canceled with another fax
order PRIOR to the order being processed.
Those who wish to cancel their
order must send PDM Racing an email or fax stating so.
Orders which are already processed may not be cancelled
and are subject to PDM Racing's Refund/Exchange Policy.
All processed sales are final. No returns without
prior agreement. All undamaged, unused, and/or uninstalled
parts are subject to a 50% restocking fee or can be
exchanged for a 100% in-store credit.
Absolutely no returns/exchanges
on any electronic devices, camshafts, custom items or
special order items.
Some Parts sold by PDM are intended for
Off-Road Use ONLY. And never to be used on public
Highways.
Handling fees are in addition to product and shipping
costs, and include packaging processing costs. (ie:
special custom boxes for bodykits, special packaging
materials, etc).
Shipping fees are not refunded on returned
or exchanged goods or warranty damaged goods. Customer
is responsible for all shipping fees.
Non Stocked, special order items require a 50% non-refundable
deposit to order in.
No Cancellations or Returns on Special Order
Parts. "Special Order Parts" refers to any part that
is not normally in-stock at PDM Racing.
NO returns on cams, shims or any other
custom pieces.
PDM Racing makes no warranties of merchantability,
or that its products comply with laws, regulations, or ordinance
in the Country, Province or States where they may be sold
to the ultimate purchaser, the consumer. In this connection,
the retail purchaser, the buyer, the ultimate consumer assumes
the burden of the entire cost of any and all necessary service,
alterations or repairs.
Merchandise color is based on stock availability.
PDM Racing will not be able to refund / exchange a product
based on cosmetic preference or minor cosmetic flaws. Please
contact us if you have any questions.
PDM carries assumes no responsibility for damaged
or broken parts during installation. If you are unsure of
installing a part, take it to a qualified mechanic for install.
PDM Racing is NOT responsible for incorrectly installed parts.
The PDM Racing website content, prices,
and all related materials are subject to change without
notice.Contents of this website are the exclusive property
of PDM Racing and may not be reproduced in any form
without the prior written consent of PDM Racing. PDM Racing advises the consumer or customer
that all products purchased in the State of California
must conform to Specific vehicle code sections.
Please consult your local laws for more information.
Warranty
PDM is not responsible for product warranty on items not produced
by PDM – manufacturer warranty (if applicable) from
said manufacturer applies on items sold by PDM.
All items found faulty or damaged from shipping must be warrantied
under the shipping company’s warranty terms.
Items submitted for warranty replacement or refund MUST be
submitted properly back to PDM for said manufacture inspection
and approval of warranty replacement.
PDM carries assumes no responsibility for damaged or
broken parts during installation.
Backorders
Shipping & handling on backordered items will be
charged separately to the customer unless arrangements
are made before hand to hold the entire order until
all parts are available.
Shipping
Shipping is NOT included
in the purchase price of any and all items on the PDM
Racing website. If you want a shipping quote, please

Shipping quotes can only be completed
with full product required and full address. (shipping
includes insurance, which is based on value of product)
All product is shipped by UPS Standard. Expedited and
rush shipping can be arranged, at according rates.
Rush Overnight service can be arranged,
however overnight orders must be faxed in by 9:00 a.m.
Pacific Standard Time to ensure rush pickup. We will
try our hardest to get rush orders out, however PDM
Racing will not guarantee overnight delivery due to
schedules, holidays and product availability.
European, and overseas orders (including Hawaii) have
to be shipped by UPS Expedited.
UPS will NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please
ensure you have a physical address to accept packages.
If you make an address change to UPS after
your product has been shipped from PDM Racing without
consulting PDM Racing first, you will be charged the
applicable UPS Address Change Charges.
All orders over $1200 US are subject to UPS Brokerage
fees. PDM Racing has nothing to do with these fees.
We do not bill them, nor do we like them. Contact PDM
to discuss strategies on your order.

All product will be insured for it’s full value
by all carriers.
Shipping times are based on location. Normal West
Coast shipping by UPS is 3-4 business days. East
Coast is 5-6 business days.
UPS Tracking numbers are automatically provided by UPS
by e-mail once order is processed. PDM Racing does not
e-mail tracking numbers. To obtain a tracking number
please supply a coherent e-mail address.
Orders are normally processed within 24
hours of in-stock products. However during busy season
or on days we are closed (Canadian holidays do not correspond
with all US holidays), we may not be able to process
your order until the next day or following Monday.
In certain cases, Canada Post/USPS will be used when
product is very small, and light, and for small overseas
orders. (limitations on box size will dictate
use of the Postal Service). No Tracking numbers through
USPS. $12 US additional minimum service charge per order
on ALL shipments sent by the Postal Service. NO
EXCEPTIONS
PDM can ship to APO boxes for customers stationed in
the Armed Forces, utilizing USPS on non oversized product.
However, some shipments are not insurable, and PDM refuses
to take responsibility for damaged or lost packages
that are shipped this route.
All Fiberglass parts are oversized, and based on dimensional
weight. (width x height x length divided by 166 = dimensional
weight)
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for package.
Note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt.
If the package is in good condition, open it immediately
and check for hidden damages.
If you should receive parts damaged by the Shipping
Carrier, you must contact PDM within 24 hours or claim
cannot be filed.
KEEP all original packaging, including packing materials
and original shipping carton.
DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval.
CORE COSTS AND INTENT OF CORE CHARGES AND REFUNDS
We at PDM offer this unique service on items such as
cams - where we will offer reconditioned and refurbished
products in exchange for your cams. You will be charged
a fee for use of the core, but it is of the nature of
a core charge, that you return your undamaged stock
piece properly back to PDM in a timely manner, for a
refund on the core.
Core charges will be refunded in full
for:
A) Parts returned undamaged, and re-usable.
Bent, or damaged cams, or heavily scored or rusted and
un-useable cams will reduce your core refund or deny
you any core refund charge at all.
B) Parts returned properly. All parts shipped back to
PDM must be packaged properly, and labeled clearly on
the outside of the package: USED CAR PARTS FOR SERVICE
AND REPAIR and be valued at $5 for Canada Customs reasons.
Parts valued higher, are subject to duty and taxes,
and these charges will be deducted from your core refund.
